This coed camp will focus on individual skill work within the team concept, as young athletes develop their individual technical abilities - specifically, 1v1 attacking, cutting and turning of the ball, breaking pressure, striking/finishing and lots of small sided games.
Players will be grouped initially by grade (5th/6th, and 7th/8th), and will then placed (according to ability level) into the most appropriate group for their development.

This coed camp is meant to prepare players for the demands of high school soccer. Players will be placed in challenging technical groups initially, then progress to small-sided and game application. All players will see maximum time spent on the ball and see improved fitness throughout camp. Overall, the general theme of camp is reflective of Northfield Soccer, which is focused on building attacking, confident players on the ball.
Goalkeepers should register for this timeslot (only offered for 9th - 12 graders.) GK training will be 90 - 120 minutes, with game application at the end.
